Working from a concept design provided by the Buchan Group, we undertook both contract documentation and construction management for this project.
The Hallenstein's retail outlet occupies the ground floor, while the upper floors house an education centre.
Basic energy modelling ensured the selection of appropriate performance glazing and sun-shading, to ensure comfortable conditions for the building's users.
